The Eifel-Prinzessin - a nice place for you to linger!
Above the small village of Niederehe is our quiet and stylish house with its spacious garden at the foot of the "Hönselberg" nature reserve, almost in a secluded location. The "Traumprinz" ("prince charming")holiday apartment with its separate entrance area is located on the garden level. Next to it is the sauna with its gravel terrace. On the upper floor, the "Das Krönchen" ("the coronet") holiday apartment offers a wonderful view of the garden and the surrounding hills from its balcony. You can use the sun terrace, the sauna, the pool and the glass house (both not heated) and let your soul dangle under the large beech tree. You are sure to find your favorite spot with lots of peace and quiet to relax. The nature that surrounds the Eifel princess is idyllic and peaceful. Conditions
Note on the guest contribution: To promote regional tourism, overnight guests in accommodation establishments in the municipality of Gerolstein have been paying a guest contribution of 0.75 euros per person per night since 1 January 2024. Children aged 0-5 and business and educational travellers are exempt from this fee.
The guest contribution is not included in the booking price, it is collected separately by the accommodation and forwarded to the Gerolstein municipality.

The rental price includes all additional costs such as electricity, heating, water and 1 x visit to the sauna if you stay more than two nights as well as the use of the pool and greenhouse. towels, kitchen towels and bed linen - Change of towels and kitchen towels twice a week - Linen change weekly Parking space for cars and covered parking spaces for bicycles or motorbikes WiFi throughout the house Additional services: The first visit to the sauna is free, for further use we charge EUR 20.00 per visit.
Additional towels for pool, sauna or apartment are charged extra.
Shopping service against receipt Beverage fridge according to consumption Breakfast basket: EUR 8.00 per person (on request) Breakfast on request (for one to a maximum of two nights) The area around the Eifel Princess is very hilly and only gravel paths lead through the extensive garden. Unfortunately, this area is not suitable for prams, buggies and rollators. We ask for your understanding that we can only welcome children from the age of 14 in the Eifel-Princess - not least for safety reasons (pool). Unfortunately, your animals cannot come with us: our dog Mailo and tomcat Lui are our "top dogs". The pool is not heated and is generally swimmable from May to October.
