Rediscover the Kyll Cycle Route

Revised and hot off the press, it is now available - the new flyer for the Kyll Cycle Route.

The Gerolsteiner Land holiday region, in cooperation with the participating municipalities, local communities and tourist information offices, has launched the new flyer to coincide with the start of the season. While the old flyer was previously laid out from the Belgian side in Weywertz to Jünkerath, the new version has been extended to Densborn. This means that the entire route in the Gerolsteiner Land holiday region is now also shown. Along the Kyllradweg you will find picturesque landscapes, restaurants and cafés, sights and other highlights along the route. Since April, the railway line between Gerolstein and Trier is already intact again and offers a return option for cyclists.

The entire route from Weywertz to Densborn can be explored over a length of 75 km. From Weywertz, there is a connection to the Vennbahn in the direction of Aachen, and from Densborn, the further course of the Kyllradweg to Trier. The flyer contains a wealth of information, parking facilities and e-bike charging stations, which make it easier to plan your individual cycle tour. The flyer is available free of charge in German/Dutch and English/French versions at the tourist information offices in Stadtkyll, Hillesheim and Gerolstein as well as Kronenburg, Hellenthal, Büllingen and at Nordeifel Tourismus GmbH.

Tip: This year's cycling action day "Grenzenlos Kyllradweg" will take place between Büllingen and Jünkerath on 13 August 2023 with a varied supporting programme.
