Would you like to be a water detective? Then join us on an exciting journey of discovery with magnifying glasses and sieves. Games and experiments around water are waiting for you. Attention, it could get wet. Therefore, please bring: water-suitable shoes (sandals, rubber boots), a towel and a drinking cup.The program is suitable for children from 6 - 12 years, accompanied by an adult.

Feuerberge der Eifel - „Der Arensberg“

In addition to an interactive introduction to volcanology and rock science for budding volcanologists, in this workshop we dedicate ourselves to individual accessible volcanoes and what they offer and can be seen in them. We will look for interesting stones and minerals, learn about their differences in colour, hardness and other properties and then know, for example, whether they are of volcanic origin. Sturdy shoes and (weather) appropriate clothing are recommended. Photo equipment, magnifying glass, container for rock samples are useful.
