Under the motto "Christmas, just like it used to be," the 5-member Rainer Tures Band will perform Christmas songs from home and around the world in the Erlöserkirche in Gerolstein, accompanied by their "friends," a string ensemble (cello, viola, violin).
"Our childhood memories of Christmas are simply the most beautiful. We try to experience these memories together with our audience; that is the main goal of our Christmas concert," says singer & bandleader Rainer Tures. "It's all about coziness, family, and not least the true essence and joy of Christmas. Stepping away from everyday work stress and worries. We want to harmonize with the audience and get into the Christmas spirit with beautiful, emotional, and lively music." 
Traditional German and secular Christmas songs will be performed, as well as original compositions. The acoustic sound and the musicians' own creative influences will definitely not be overlooked.
