Mukke, Mord & munt're Männer - Das OpenAir
After the sensational success of four years with an enthusiastic and encore-
calling audience, we are doing it for the first time at the Hillesheim Crime Days! "MMumM - Das OpenAir" is the name of the outdoor version of this interesting combination of - not always
completely serious - crime stories and handmade live music. The special feature: All the artists come from the Eifel region.
HP Hilger & Carsten Kremer from Mayen provide the "Mukke" as Silent Kitchen. The two of them always delight their audiences with their perfectly harmonizing acoustic guitar playing and their self-written compositions.
The three authors Ralf Kramp, Dieter Aurass and Wolfgang Süß take on the topic of "murder". Their literary excursions promise murderous suspense, a high entertainment value as well as a healthy dose of black humor and certainly a wink or two.
But what would five "munt're men" be without a female counterpart? The presenter Kathrin Freisberg, well-known from SWR, will guide you skillfully and with a great deal of flair through what is sure to be an extraordinary and final afternoon of the Hillesheim Crime Days.

Konzertreihe Mit der Gambe durch die Eifel
Oct 10, 2025

Extraordinary event series "With the Viol through the Eifel" - Early music in 11 churches and chapels of the Eifel with concerts, theater, and guided tours. On Friday, October 10th at 7 PM, the viol will find its fortune on the Eifelsteig with the King's Organ in St. Leodegar in Niederehe. Christoph Frommen is an organ expert who has often set up his microphones here for his organ recordings for the Aeolus label. He will report on this and also on the peculiarities of the Eifel organs. In particular, he will honor the oldest organ in Rhineland-Palatinate, which will resonate with viol music from the early Baroque period. The event in Niederehe is organized in cooperation with the Niedereh organ concerts and supported by KSK-Vulkaneifel. Tickets for the events are available at the entrance on the day of the event – always as long as the seating capacity lasts. Reservations are not possible. The ticket price is 20 euros (reduced 15 €).
