Preparation of a pumpkin soup  with special strengthening wild roots, garnished with seasonal wild herbs and wild nuts to conclude the day and farewell to the Celtic summer "Samhain"

Topic: How we can enrich our meals and drinks with mood-enhancing immune-strengthening wild herbs and nutritious wild nuts during the cool season. We will recall the old lost knowledge of our Celtic and nature-connected ancestors and the origin of the custom where children dressed as ghosts beg for treats on Samhain.
