Following in the footsteps of wild plants, this is what the Eifel tastes like in winter “winter herb guide & tree determination” followed by preparation and tasting

In the magic of the wintry and uniquely beautiful volcanic Eifel we will go on a journey of discovery and be surprised what the creation wants to give us even in the cold sleepy season. During a 1 km long relaxing herbal walk through our stunning Eifel nature, you will discover the precious treasures of nature with all your senses. Afterwards, we prepare some delicacies from our collected treasures by the warm fireplace and enjoy them in a cozy get-together.
