A project of the cultural initiative Hillesheim in collaboration with the vhs Gerolstein.

Do you want to participate in a large art project? Are you between 5 and 25 years old (parents or grandparents can join as well)?

In September, we will build "The Hump Line in Hillesheim." It consists of around 100 humps and runs through Hillesheim from the city wall to the cultural center "Alte Schreinerei." These humps will be about 80 cm high and made of lightweight wood. Afterwards, they will be decorated. And you can be part of it. HOW? You can decide for yourself. We want to paint, sticker, plant, etc. the humps in a 2-day workshop… Anything is possible! Experimentation is encouraged. The course will be led by two artists from Amsterdam. Nell Berger and Jan Pronk from Walsdorf. The course will also take place in their studio.

Please bring your own food, water will be provided. A pickup/drop-off service from Hillesheim can be organized if needed.

A registration is required.
