On a guided tour of the historic water mill in Birgel you can immerse yourself in the past: on four floors, you will get an insight into the earlier production processes of the various mills and the work of a miller. Flour mill, saw mill, mustard mill and oil mill are in action during the tour and take the visitor back 300 years. The functions are clearly explained and the processes shown. The tour ends in the mill shop where the products can also be eaten and purchased.
