During a walk together in the Birgel forest, I invite you to perceive the environment and yourself with all your senses.
ATTENTION - is the art of being there
ATTENTION - to consciously experience and perceive myself and my environment in the here and now
ATTENTION - to consciously pay attention to our senses, what do I hear-see-smell-taste-feel?

Gather new strength - energy - peace and serenity in nature. Enjoy nature with all your senses, without rushing and stress. Be with yourself. Forget the daily routine. We walk consciously, do some exercises that are good for us and our bodies.

The walk is for relaxation and deceleration for BODY-SELF-MIND.

On the first weekend of Lent, the tradition of driving out winter is celebrated in the Eifel region. A burning wheel wrapped in straw is rolled down the "Baarlay" to welcome spring. Afterwards, eggs and bacon or "Heedeligkooche" are eaten. The hike is approximately 10 km long. Please bring a flashlight.
