Wildkräuter Erkennen und Zubereiten

Dec 13, 2025 - Dec 31, 2030

Gerolstein OT Bewingen

Recognize and prepare a different wild plant each time!
10:00 AM - 12:00 PM

During the small WK walk or while exploring the Wild Garden at the house, the wild herb fairy Andrea Häfele will explain how to recognize this plant as safely and easily as possible (visually, haptically, and through its scent) and which parts of the plant and in what quantities you can use. What effects does the plant have (according to folk medicine) on the body and how can we easily and healthily integrate it into our diet?

Of course, we will also prepare a delicious sample or an external application from it.

Every Tuesday morning from 2 adult participants!
