About the history:
Five years ago, the Motorsport Club Oberehe celebrated its 50th anniversary. The ADAC Rally OBEREHE has been around for just as long, originally held as a navigation rally during the Jakobus Kirmes celebrated in Oberehe. Since 2006, the rally center has been located in Hillesheim in the heart of the Vulkaneifel, with the start and finish there. Starting in 2016, the rally has been held as Rally 70 and is a qualifying event for the DMSB Rally Cup and the German Rally Cup. The annual event schedule had to be interrupted in 2020 due to the Covid 19 pandemic and in 2021 due to the weather disaster in the Eifel. For decades, the MSC Oberehe has recorded one of the largest fields of participants in German rallying. After the successful execution of the events in recent years, the organizers are now looking forward to the 53rd edition of the rally classic.
