Hillesheim looks back on a long history: thanks to the Roman road and castle, the town developed early on into an important center of the Eifel and today combines historical charm with a lively shopping and gastronomic scene. The tour from the tourist information office takes you to the most important sights such as the town wall, castle, church and crime house; a free flyer is available on site.
