Under the expert guidance of a mushroom expert, we offer interested participants, including children, a mushroom hike in the forests of the Gerolstein region. After an assessment and identification of mushrooms, a "Eifel Mushroom Pan" will be prepared on an open fire with wood. The start is at 1:00 PM. The mushroom search lasts about 2 hours. A contribution of 20.00 Euros is required per participant for the mushroom dish. The maximum number of participants is 15 persons, and acceptance is based on the order of registrations. Searching for, finding, and identifying mushrooms is the main focus of the event. Participants are asked to bring a pocket knife, a basket, and weatherproof clothing. After inspection and mushroom identification, a "Eifel mushroom pan" will be prepared on an open fire with wood. Fresh nut bread will be served with it.
