Join a guided tour of the BLUM GIN No. 1 distillery to see how a special gin is crafted from regional ingredients. Afterward, you’ll taste four different types of gin as well as selected liqueurs and brandies. The tours will take place on September 11 at 6:00 p.m. and on September 19 at 3:00 p.m. The cost is €40, with a maximum of 15 participants.

On site, you can have a good look around three different caves and find out what stories the caves can tell from 2000 years ago. Originally created by the mining of millstones, over the centuries the caves became an ice cellar and were highly valued as a refuge in times of crisis. Today, bats use the caves as winter quarters. Sun Lane Ltd. from Aachen is completely dedicated to New Orleans Jazz. Their style is characterized by a deep admiration for the traditional sounds of the 1920s. Several appearances on ARD and ZDF made the band well known beyond the region. Their authenticity led them to be the first white European jazz band invited directly to New Orleans, where they performed at historic locations such as the Mississippi steamboat Natchez or Fritzel's Jazz Pub on Bourbon Street. In addition to classic jazz standards, they also play hymns, spirituals, and gospel titles. Critics often describe their style as "powerful," "atmospheric," and filled with "unbroken joyful enthusiasm."  Free admission!
