The Jünkerath Railway Museum will participate for the first time in the nationwide "Day of Rail" on Saturday, September 19, 2026, and will open its doors from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. with free admission. Visitors can expect a diverse exhibition on railway history featuring historical uniforms, model locomotives, insights into the planning archive, a book flea market, and a multilingual audio guide. The action day is also part of the anniversary year of the Jünkerath Railway Friends, who will celebrate their 40th anniversary in 2026.

The traditional harvest festival in Rockeskyll is celebrated with a varied program. A live band will provide atmosphere and good vibes on Saturday, September 21, starting at 7:30 PM in the large festival tent. The harvest festival Sunday, September 22, traditionally begins at 11:00 AM with a festive service at St. Bartholomew's Church in Rockeskyll, during which the harvest gifts will be blessed.
