Who are we?

We are employees of the tourism organizations in the Eifel and support our hosts with important questions on current digital topics.

To this end, we have successfully completed the demanding Eifel e-coach training course. We can draw on a wide range of specialist knowledge and help tourism businesses in the Eifel to understand the possibilities of digitalization and use them to their advantage.

Our common goal is to offer the best possible quality of digital information at all points of contact with our guests. To achieve this, we sit down at the table with local providers. In personal discussions, we show them how to present their offer in a clear, understandable, target group-oriented and bookable way on their own website and on all relevant online channels.

What are our skills?

Using our "360 degree analysis" method, we analyze the digital presentation of the business in advance and consider the following topics from the perspective of our guests:

  • Online sales and booking platforms
  • Reviews (handling)
  • online marketing
  • Social media marketing
  • Search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine advertising (SEA)
  • photos
  • Staging (staging of the interior design)
  • Copywriting

Based on the analysis, we motivate and support our hosts to prioritize the tasks for improving their own digital presence and to tackle the implementation step by step.

Our approach:

The 360 degree analysis is based on the 5 travel phases of our guests, which are structured as follows: Inspiration, Research, Booking, Stay and Departure. At each stage, the digital touchpoints between guest and host are examined, analyzed and optimized. Each business receives a 360-degree analysis as part of the collaboration with E-Coach Eifel.

A single coaching session comprises 2 personal appointments at your location, including preparation and follow-up.

  • Implementation of the jointly defined recommendations for action, possibly with the involvement of external partners (web agency, photographer, etc.)

E-coaching with the services described above will cost you

EUR 199.00 net.

If you would like to delve further into a digital topic, there is the option of booking an individual e-coaching session per company for EUR 149.00 net (excl. expenses) in addition to the services described above.

What can we not do?

We are not business consultants in the traditional sense and are therefore unable to provide the following services as part of our coaching:

  • Legal advice
  • Classification
  • Business management consulting
  • Interior & exterior design
  • Web design / web agency
  • Social counseling
  • Recruitment
  • Company succession
  • Personnel deployment planning

We work in a network of e-coaches in the Eifel region and see ourselves as a team that is continuously training and exchanging ideas, thereby constantly improving and increasing the benefits of e-coaching for our hosts.

We share our knowledge and experience and are in constant digital contact. We also meet regularly in person to discuss current digital topics, adapt our knowledge to new developments and apply this in a targeted manner to the coaching of businesses.
