A highlight on the Bertrada Tour hiking trail is the XXL bench. From here you have a wonderful view of the magnificent Eifel around Birresborn and of the extinct volcano Kalem.

All organic products can be purchased on-site: chicken, beef, lamb, sausage, ready meals, eggs, pasta, egg liqueur, other organic products and also gifts/vouchers. In addition to our farm-owned products, we also offer other delicious organic products: cooking oils, vinegars, jams, honey, spices, dips, tea, wine, gin & fruit schnapps. Our farm shop is open 24/7!

The magnesium-calcium mineralisation here comes from sandstone and claystone as well as overlying volcanic rock. The high content of carbonic acid originates from the Eifel volcanism and gives the water the name ‘Säuerling’ (acidulous). A total of five springs are known in Birresborn, several of which were of great economic importance. Today, drinking water can be taken from the Lindenquelle and the Fischbach-Drees.

In the heart of Lissendorf, you will find the village shop "nah und gut" run by Bianca Schuck. We focus on regional products! Our café corner invites visitors to linger.
