In the wild herbs class in Gerolstein-Bewingen with Andrea Häfele, you will learn about 4 to 10 autumn wild herbs and their use in the kitchen and as a natural home pharmacy. You will receive information on folk medicine and can process the herbs into various dishes and drinks like smoothies, pesto, or herb butter. Participation costs 12 € per person, and an additional 5 € in material costs applies for joint preparation. The event can be vegan or vegetarian, and dates are offered by arrangement.

In unpleasant weather, we bring 4 to 10 autumnal wild herbs from the garden into the warm living room.
With a hot wild herb drink, you will learn how to use these delicious and health-promoting herbs in the kitchen and as a natural home pharmacy.
We can also prepare the fresh wild herbs directly, e.g., in a smoothie that boosts the immune system and builds muscles, as pesto, herb butter, spelt pancakes, or for a memory-boosting muesli. (Information from folk medicine. No medical advice.)
