The ServiceQualität Deutschland initiative offers a nationwide, three-stage system for the gradual improvement of services and offers using practice-oriented instruments.
Businesses audited by the ServiceQualität Deutschland initiative are allowed to display the "Q" quality seal, thereby demonstrating that they are interested in further development, have worked on service quality and are pursuing this in the long term. For end consumers, it is the certainty of being able to trust a business that has been certified according to a tested quality standard.
