    The Eifel is always worth a trip! Our holiday apartment is located on the outskirts of Jünkerath in a quiet, sunny location. Jünkerath is situated in the upper Kylltal at an altitude of 420 m above sea level in the Vulkaneifel and belongs to the VG Gerolstein. The holiday apartment is suitable for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. Here you will find everything from A (like pharmacy) to Z (like dentist), shopping center, branches of major discounters, bakery with café, gas station, doctor's office in the village, all within walking distance. About 500 meters from the front door, you will find many hiking trails in unspoiled nature, as well as the Kylltal cycling path, connecting to the Ahrtal cycling path. Indoor pool, sauna, and solarium are about 200 meters from the holiday apartment. You can find fishing at the forest reservoir after about 800 meters. Active holidays, sports and fitness, Nordic walking, fitness studio, tennis court, and a large children's playground (directly at the Kyll), all can be found in Jünkerath.     Ferienwohnung Herding

    In the tranquil village of Loogh in the middle of the Vulkaneifel, close to the Eifelsteig, you will find the Herding vacation apartment as part of a vacation home. The apartment has recently been partially renovated and lovingly furnished. A separate entrance to the apartment leads through the hallway into a modern country-style kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, microwave, stove, fridge, coffee machine, crockery etc.). You then enter the cozy living room, where two sofas invite you to linger in front of the fireplace. In the adjoining conservatory is the dining room with a large table that easily seats 6 people.The recently renovated bathroom is accessible from the hallway. It has a large walk-in shower with seating. There are two small bedrooms opposite the bathroom. They offer space for a 2x2m bed (bedroom 1) and a 2x1.4m bed (bedroom 2). Bedroom 2 also has a closet. The bedrooms are only separated by a door and bedroom 1 is a connecting room for bedroom 2. We therefore recommend our vacation apartment for families or groups who know each other very well. In the large outdoor area there is a terrace with seating, the large wild and romantic garden and two natural ponds. One of these two natural ponds can also be used as a swimming pond. Both ponds are freely accessible and not fenced in - this should be taken into account when booking with small children.The vacation apartment is located in a small village and the garden is often visited by cats from the neighboring farms (note allergy risk). We invite you to come to rest in this idyllic setting.
